A cozy plant journal

Plant Passage is a cozy plant journal for every stage of growing. Follow your plants through photos, then-and-now comparisons, care logs, and milestones, all in one place. Set gentle reminders, share care with a plant sitter, and show off your garden when you feel like it. It’s a simple way to look after your plants and watch their stories unfold.

What it does

  • Photo growth journal

Snap a photo as they grow and keep each plant’s story in one place.

  • Then and now

Put an early photo beside a new one and see how far they’ve come.

  • Care logs and reminders

Log watering, feeding, repotting and soil checks in a tap. A gentle daily check tells you who to look at.

  • Weather-smart tips

Outside plants get frost, heat and heavy-rain heads-ups, and rain can pause a soil check for plants it can reach.

  • Plant sittersAt launch

Going away? Invite a sitter to help with care while you’re gone, and choose what they can do.

  • Grower profile (optional)At launch

Share your garden with a link when you feel like it. It stays private unless you turn it on.
